dbSyndicate
dbSyndicate is a leading application on the market for primary bonds issuance. It manages an entire process: creating new deal, collecting orders for the deal, calculation of P&L, creation reports for users and external regulators. dbSyndicate is in top-3.
As a Java Developer (m/f/x), you will be playing a key role in a team, responsible for all steps of bringing high-quality code to the project: We are looking for engineers with strong design and coding skills, team players, motivated and self-driven. People with passion for software engineering and the ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment.

Your key responsibilities
Manage end to end ownership of delivery from requirements to production release
Implement new business features with proper test coverage
seek ways to improve application’s performance and code quality, fix bugs, ensure architecture supports business requirements
Couch junior developers, perform code review and do pairing sessions, be helpful and keep positive
Take care of sharing knowledge and document conceptual features and changes
Your skills and experiences
Good knowledge of Java 5 + years, Java Reflection and Concurrency, Spring, JPA, AOP
Good knowledge of data modelling principles, best practice and clean architecture
Ability to deal with monolithic application and a vision how to decouple it gradually rather than rewriting the application from scratch
Will be a plus: Oracle PL/SQL knowledge, GWT, EclipseLink, AOP, Grafana, Prometheus.
Good skills in written and spoken English
