dbSyndicate is a leading application on the market for primary bonds issuance. It manages an entire process: creating new deal, collecting orders for the deal, calculation of P&L, creation reports for users and external regulators. dbSyndicate is in top-3.

As a Java Developer (m/f/x), you will be playing a key role in a team, responsible for all steps of bringing high-quality code to the project: We are looking for engineers with strong design and coding skills, team players, motivated and self-driven. People with passion for software engineering and the ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment.

Your key responsibilities

• Manage end to end ownership of delivery from requirements to production release

• Implement new business features with proper test coverage

• seek ways to improve application’s performance and code quality, fix bugs, ensure architecture supports business requirements

• Couch junior developers, perform code review and do pairing sessions, be helpful and keep positive

• Take care of sharing knowledge and document conceptual features and changes

Your skills and experiences

• Good knowledge of Java 5 + years, Java Reflection and Concurrency, Spring, JPA, AOP

• Good knowledge of data modelling principles, best practice and clean architecture

• Ability to deal with monolithic application and a vision how to decouple it gradually rather than rewriting the application from scratch

• Will be a plus: Oracle PL/SQL knowledge, GWT, EclipseLink, AOP, Grafana, Prometheus.

• Good skills in written and spoken English
