IT Technician

Level 2 Technician skill sets Skills / Competencies / Experience Required* Minimum at least 3 years’ experience in an IT support role required for role holder to perform fully and effectively in the job, able to work on Laptop, Desktop, Printers, Mobile Devices and general network equipment * Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Desktop and Server software and Operating Systems is a requirement. * An understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations or other IT qualifications * Self motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to any new change or situation * Good verbal and written communication skills * Excellent customer service skills.
