Job Description:

Airbus is looking for an Industrial Cyber Security Business Analyst (d/f/m) who is to collaborate with all IM (Information Management) domains, with Corporate Security and with our Industrial business domains to make Aircraft production more resilient to cyber attacks.The position is based in Hamburg .

The industrial cyber security mission requires excellent understanding of our Aircraft production & production support processes from end to end, in order to achieve the business objectives and business continuity. Further we appreciate an excellent know-how of cyber security, of what cyber threats and risks our means of aircraft production are exposed to and how to help our plants to manage those risks. It is our common goal to be aware of how to control, countermeasure and ultimately mitigate those risks in a sustainable way – using the cyber solutions portfolio of IM Cyber Security.

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities:

The Industrial Cyber Security Analyst (d/f/m) is a key role in our plant cyber security solutions and services. You will be the bridge between the plant and the cyber security technologies, solutions and services provided by the Cyber Security and Information Management organizations.

  • You contribute to the overall industrial cyber security vision and IM industrial security roadmap.

  • You will roll out industrial cyber solutions and implement services and improvement projects in cooperation with plant business, plant focal points, and product managers.

  • You manage and coordinate resources, work packages, budget and performance in scope of the local plant cyber security.

  • You closely collaborate and communicate with IM Industrial Cyber Security product managers and local plant business stakeholders as well as business project managers, architects and technical experts.

  • You are responsible for the supervision of local IT in OT teams security activities such as software security and maintenance, incident response, change control for Industrial IT, Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Automation and Control Systems (IACS).

  • You support industrial cyber security training and guidance of Airbus stakeholders.

Desired skills and qualifications:

  • You successfully finished a degree in either Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering/Automation, Industrial Security/Operational Technology, Information Technology, Manufacturing Automation or bring an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • You have a very good understanding of the NIST Framework (ICS, SCADA), ISO/IEC 2700.

  • You already experienced shop floor processes and the business requirements in shop floor environments.

  • You are an IT security professional with expertise in information systems security technology.

  • Ideally you have knowledge in operational technology (OT).

  • You are able to communicate on a negotiation level in English to synthesize complex information and present it to stakeholders. (French will be a plus)

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
