Head of Corporate Security Europe (m/f/d)

Tasks:
You will be responsible for the topics of compliance and corporate security, including information & cyber security in the Region Europe, in particular:

• Promotion of the compliance and security culture, for example through raising awareness of risks and conceptualizing and conducting trainings and workshops on the company’s group-wide Compliance & Corporate Security Program
• Regular monitoring of regulatory changes, analyzing risks, deriving risk mitigating measures, implementing them and performing controls on their effectiveness
• Advising managers and employees on all compliance and corporate security matters
• Supporting internal investigations on alleged misconduct
• Close cooperation with the Regional Management Team, Corporate Compliance & Security functions in the group headquarters and other regions as well as other governance and risk functions
• Supporting the CEO Region Europe and the Regional Management Board Europe in all compliance and corporate security-related topics
• Regular and ad-hoc reporting to the CEO Region Europe and to the Group Head Compliance & Corporate Security
• Disciplinary and professional management of five employees and permanent development of the team

Qualifications:

• University degree in the areas of Business Administration, Law or another field with focus on economics
• Qualification as a fully qualified lawyer with above-average examinations and legal professional experience (preferred) as well as multi-year experience as a lawyer or compliance officer
• Leadership experience of at least 5 years
• Good sense for intercultural cooperation as well as very good analytical and conceptual skills
• Very good command of written and spoken English and German language skills
• Willingness to international travel
