Data Analyst (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

(list in order of importance and/or time spent)

• extracting, merging and cleaning datasets
• designing, conducting and interpreting basic and moderate statistical analysis, including analysis of clinical trial data
• preparation of summary reports, charts, tables, and figures
• work on developing the skills necessary to make contributions to publications and presentations of this data
• contributions to the development and improvement of clinical databases and tracking systems for biorepositories

Knowledge and Skill requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field
• 2 years minimum of related experience or equivalent professional experience/training
• 2 years minimum of experience with data cleaning and data quality control
• 2 years minimum of experience in data analyses using a range of statistical modeling techniques, including linear, logistic and Poisson regression models, mixed effect modeling, and Cox proportional hazard models
• Ability to provide custom-designed reports and graphical presentation of data using STATA, SAS or R, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proficiency in R, SAS or STATA programs
• Knowledge of analyzing data from clinical studies
• Knowledge of implementing and evaluating data management systems
• Working remotely in part will be possible
