Your job will entail (after training of course):

  • You are the first person our business customers will call if they face challenges with our product.
  • You assist customers in Dutch and either English or German
  • Working on diverse customer inquiries ranging from technical subjects to financial and other subjects via multiple routes of contact (email, telephone, etc.)
  • Documenting the diverse service offerings, we provide to our customers in our system so that the customers and your team are always up to date

Your skillset:

  • Fluent Dutch and English spoken and written. At least German B2 spoken
  • High degree of care, reliability and a strong service mentality
  • You are a reliable contact person with a high degree of care and reliability
  • Ideally, you have initial professional experience as a telephone customer advisor / existing customer advisor / service employee / career changer / telephone operator / sales employee / customer service employee in the office / call center agent / telephone clerk / sales assistant / sales employee / sales office / commercial employee / also career changers from the areas: Waiters / gastronomy / reception staff / front office managers / front office employees / receptionists / hairdressers (m/f/x)
  • Being interested in working with people and solving any issues that they may face to ensure that the customer is satisfied – people looking for a new and emerging line of work are also very welcome
