Bookkeeper & Logistics Assistant
Location: cologne, Germany
Who we are looking for:
Electreon is developing a unique cloud-based IoT system for charging vehicles wirelessly and on the go. As a bookkeeper & Logistics Assistant, you will Prepare and manage month-end and mid-month payments and independently perform the full range of outbound/inbound delivery and accountment support following the established policies and procedures of Electreon. You will work closely with other internal departments and external vendors to ensure that the company’s finished products meet our customers’ expectations of superior quality and on-time delivery
What you will do:
- Work in a dynamic and evolving environment with the need to build new processes
- Work in a multi-currency environment
- Quotations and invoices control
- Processing new vendors
- Prepare and manage month-end and mid-month payment
- Record credit card invoice
- Monthly reconciliation
- Manage and record fix assets invoices
- Supporting Purchasing and logistics for the department
- Review pricing and vendor terms and manage packaging components using MRP and customer forecasts
- Managing tracking and order information according to project name/costs/date
- Deliveries – outbound/inbound delivery support – scope consists of: department shipment Documentation, follow-up, record organization
- Support warehouse logistics as needed
Requirements:
- Certified Bookkeeper
- 2-5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably from a High-Tech Company
- Experience with Accounting Tasks: Maintain the general ledger by processing invoices and receipts
- Knowledge and experience with MRP system – a must
- Experience with Order Management in Purchasing Department – “Back office / Follow up”
- Full control of Office software and EXCEL – a must
- German language – Fluent – a must
- Experience with Priority ERP – an advantage
- English at a high level (speech, reading, and writing)
- Service, agility, working under high pressure, and tight schedules requirements.
